Agreement between User and www.life101.app / www.fasting101.app
Welcome to www.life101.app and www.fasting101.app. These websites (the “Site”) are operated by 101 Life Ltd (company number 15015466, registered in England and Wales), trading as Life 101. “Life 101” supersedes and replaces all former trading names, including Fasting 101, Fasting 101 Ltd, and The Fasting Coach. Your use of www.life101.app and/or www.fasting101.app constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.
Nature of the Sites
www.life101.app and www.fasting101.app are E-Commerce, Educational, and Coaching Sites. Life 101 provides educational content on food, fasting, and lifestyle, as well as coaching, courses, and other products and services relating to fasting and associated lifestyle practices.
Privacy
Your use of www.life101.app and www.fasting101.app is subject to Life 101’s Privacy Policy, which is compliant with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.
Electronic Communications
Visiting our Sites or sending emails to Life 101 constitutes electronic communications. If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Life 101 is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation. Life 101 reserves the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.
Children Under Thirteen
Life 101 does not knowingly collect, online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use www.life101.app or www.fasting101.app only with permission of a parent or guardian.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellation by the Client:
If you wish to cancel any service or program, you must notify Life 101 in writing (email or other official communication).
Refunds:
All refunds are at the sole discretion of Life 101. Refunds may be granted if explicitly advertised; such refunds are assessed on an individual basis.
For services/programs not yet commenced: A full or partial refund may be granted, based on administrative costs, resources allocated, and other factors.
For services/programs already in progress: Refunds may be prorated based on the portion already delivered. Deductions may apply.
No guarantee of refund is implied for future requests. Life 101 reserves the right to refuse refunds if excessive or unjustified demands are made.
Cancellation by Life 101:
Life 101 reserves the right to cancel any service or program for any reason, in which case clients will be notified in writing, and a full or partial refund will be issued based on the portion not yet delivered.
Non-transferable:
Services or programs purchased are non-transferable without explicit consent from Life 101.
Policy Changes:
Life 101 may amend its cancellation policy at any time.
Links to Third Party Sites / Services
Our Sites may contain links to other websites (“Linked Sites”). Linked Sites are not under the control of Life 101 and we are not responsible for their contents or any changes/updates. Life 101 provides these links as a convenience, and inclusion does not imply endorsement.
Certain services made available via our Sites may be delivered by third-party organizations. By using any product, service, or functionality originating from our domains, you consent to Life 101 sharing information/data with third parties as required to provide the requested service.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use / Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Sites strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, nor interfere with anyone else’s use or enjoyment.

You may not reproduce, sell, modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.
Use of Communication Services
The Site may contain bulletin boards, forums, chat areas, or other communication facilities. You agree to use these only for proper and related purposes. Life 101 is not responsible for the content or actions of any user on these platforms, but reserves the right to monitor, remove, or terminate access at any time.
Materials Provided to Life 101 / Submissions
By submitting content or materials to the Site, you grant Life 101 and its affiliates a license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with its operations. No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your submission. You warrant you have the necessary rights to provide such content.
Third Party Accounts
You may connect your account to third party accounts (e.g., social media). By connecting, you consent to the sharing and release of information about you as governed by your settings with the third party provider.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Life 101, its directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses relating to your use of the Site or services, or violation of these Terms.
Arbitration
Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), in the United Kingdom. The prevailing party may recover legal costs and reasonable attorney’s fees.
Class Action Waiver
Arbitration will be on an individual basis only; class actions are not permitted.
Liability Disclaimer
ALL SERVICES AND CONTENT PROVIDED “AS IS.” LIFE 101 MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES. IN NO EVENT SHALL LIFE 101 BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.
Termination / Access Restriction
Life 101 reserves the right to terminate your access to the Sites or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. It constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Life 101 regarding the Sites, superseding all prior proposals and communications. If any part of this agreement is found invalid, the remainder will continue in effect.
Changes to Terms
Life 101 may change these Terms at any time. The most current version will supersede all prior versions.
