Company: 101 Life Ltd (trading as Life 101 / Fasting 101 / Limitless)

These Terms apply specifically to the Limitless coaching program and operate in addition to our Website Terms & Conditions, Service Terms (Coaching Agreement), Privacy Policy, Health Disclaimer, and Cookie Policy.

By enrolling in Limitless, you agree to all policies referenced above.

If there is any conflict between documents, these Limitless Program Terms take priority for matters specific to the Limitless program.

1. Scope of the Limitless Program

1.1

Limitless is a structured coaching and performance program delivered through the Life 101 ecosystem, including personalised protocols, in-app content, analytics, progress reporting, coaching communication, and access to relevant communities or messaging groups.

1.2

The delivery format may include web and mobile applications, WhatsApp/Slack/Telegram groups, email, video calls, AI-assisted insights, and other tools deemed necessary for your program tier.

1.3

Participation in Limitless is subject to the following documents, which form part of this Agreement by reference:

2. Program Requirements

2.1

Limitless is an interactive, data-driven coaching program. You agree to actively participate and complete the following core requirements unless instructed otherwise by your coach:

Daily or near-daily check-ins
Weekly body composition updates
Submission of data such as fasting logs, meals, training, sleep, stress, and mood
Honest and accurate reporting
Prompt communication regarding challenges or adjustments

2.2

You understand that your adherence directly affects your results and the applicability of the 28-Day Guarantee.

2.3

Failure to complete required actions may result in reduced outcomes, coaching limitations, or refusal of a refund request under the Guarantee.

3. 28-Day Measurable Results Guarantee

3.1

The Guarantee

If you follow the Limitless System for 28 consecutive days and do not see measurable improvement in energy, body composition, or focus, we will refund your program fee.
No unnecessary hoops. No hassle.

3.2

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, you must complete all of the following:

Daily Check-Ins
All 28 days of required check-ins submitted via the app or agreed platform.
Weekly Body Composition Updates
Four updates over the 28 days including:

Scale weight and/or body composition
Tape measurements
Progress photos if requested

Program Adherence
Follow the fasting protocol, nutrition plan, and lifestyle habits agreed with your coach.
Communication
Notify us promptly if you experience difficulties or require adjustments.

3.3

Requesting a Refund

Requests must be submitted within 7 days after completing Day 28.
Claims must be made via email or the in-app support channel.
We may review your submitted data to verify adherence.

3.4

What the Refund Covers

Refunds apply to the Limitless program fee paid.

They do not cover:

Supplements, labs, equipment, or third-party services
Payment processing fees charged by banks or providers

3.5

When the Guarantee Does Not Apply

The guarantee is void if:

Required data is missing or incomplete
You deviated substantially from the plan without coach approval
You withheld relevant medical information
You disengaged from communication or became inactive
You attempted to misuse or manipulate the guarantee

4. Payment Plans

4.1

Payment plans are not subscriptions. They are fixed-term instalment agreements.

4.2

By enrolling in a payment plan, you commit to paying the full balance, regardless of your level of participation.

4.3

Payment plans cannot be cancelled once initiated, except as required under applicable consumer law.

4.4

Non-payment or chargebacks may result in:

Suspension of access
Referral to collections
Dispute resolution processes with evidence of service delivery

4.5

Payment obligations remain even if:

You stop participating
You pause your program without approval
You are terminated for breach of these Terms

5. Program Duration & Access

5.1

The length of the program is defined at the point of purchase.

5.2

Unless explicitly stated:

Coaching access ends at the conclusion of the program term
Messaging support and community access end at program completion
App access may continue or expire depending on your tier and licensing

5.3

Limitless materials are provided for use only during the active program period.

6. Behaviour, Conduct & Community Standards

6.1

You agree to maintain respectful conduct in all communications with coaches, teammates, and community members.

6.2

The following behaviour may result in immediate removal without refund:

Harassment, abuse, discrimination, or hostility
Sharing screenshots, conversations, or confidential information
Aggressive or disruptive behaviour
Misuse of messaging platforms

6.3

Coaches may set communication boundaries, including response windows and message volume limits.

7. Intellectual Property (Limitless-Specific Rules)

7.1

All Limitless content—including systems, frameworks, blueprints, prompts, training plans, nutrition models, and educational materials—remains the intellectual property of 101 Life Ltd.

7.2

You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials during your program.

7.3

You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute Limitless materials internally or externally.

7.4

Any violation may result in termination without refund and legal recourse under our Website Terms.

8. Data Use for Coaching & Personalisation

8.1

Limitless collects lifestyle, health, and performance data solely to personalise your coaching experience and generate progress insights.

8.2

Data collection and processing follow the Privacy Policy and AI use principles described therein.

8.3

You consent to providing the data reasonably required for personalised coaching.

8.4

You may withdraw consent at any time, but doing so may limit our ability to coach you and may void the 28-Day Guarantee.

8.5 AI Processing & Data Handling

To deliver personalised insights, habit analysis, progress reporting, and coaching support, Limitless may process certain program inputs using AI services, including OpenAI’s API.

We follow these principles:

No direct identifiers are sent.
- We do not transmit names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other directly identifying information to AI tools.
Data is anonymised or pseudonymised before processing.
- Inputs such as check-ins, notes, goals, or lifestyle logs may be analysed only after removing identifiable elements.
Purpose-limited use.
- AI tools are used exclusively to generate insights, summaries, trend analysis, and program recommendations. They are not used for medical diagnosis.
Protected environment.
- We use OpenAI via their API, which does not use submitted data to train their models.
Covered by our Privacy Policy.
- All AI processing is performed under the terms of our Privacy Policy and your explicit consent to handle special-category (health) data.
Opting out.
- You may opt out of AI-assisted analysis at any time by contacting support.
  However, doing so may limit our ability to provide personalised coaching, analytics, or certain program features.

9. Safety, Suitability & Health Responsibilities

9.1

Limitless is an educational and lifestyle coaching program, not medical care.

9.2

You are responsible for confirming that you are medically suitable to participate.

9.3

Failure to disclose relevant health conditions may result in termination and void the Guarantee.

9.4

Coaches may modify, pause, or restrict elements of your protocol if they have safety concerns.

9.5

If adverse symptoms arise, you must stop and seek medical attention immediately.

10. Pauses, Deferrals & Transfers

10.1

Pauses or deferrals are available only at the discretion of the Limitless team.

10.2

Paused time does not extend your Guarantee period unless explicitly granted.

10.3

Programs are non-transferable to other individuals.

11. Coach Availability & Reassignment

11.1

We may reassign coaches or adjust support structures when necessary.

11.2

If a coach becomes unavailable, coaching will continue with another qualified team member.

11.3

Changes in coach assignment do not qualify for refunds.

12. Termination

12.1

We may terminate your access immediately for:

Violations of these Terms
Misuse of content or community spaces
Non-payment
Dangerous behaviour
Providing false information
Threats, aggression, or abusive communication

12.2

In cases of termination for breach, no refunds will be issued and full payment remains due.

12.3

You may request voluntary withdrawal at any time, but doing so does not release you from payment obligations.

14. Changes to These Terms

14.1

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.

Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
